Intuicom Selected by FreeWave Technologies as the Exclusive Provider to the Traffic Market 

Boulder, CO, November 5, 2004- Intuicom, Inc.™, a leader in wireless data networks, and FreeWave Technologies, the leading designer and manufacturer of spread spectrum radios, have signed an agreement authorizing Intuicom Inc. as the exclusive provider of FreeWave technology into the U.S. Traffic Market.

For several years, both FreeWave and Intuicom have been providing wireless data products for traffic control, management and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Based upon FreeWave’s license free, frequency-hopping spread-spectrum technology, these high performance wireless traffic links provide long-range, high-speed, error-free communication, offering an alternative to traditional hardwire infrastructure.

Under the agreement, Intuicom and FreeWave will combine their product offerings and serve the Traffic and ITS marketplace through Intuicom and Intuicom’s distributors. The agreement, which is effective immediately, will cover the United States.
